We want you to love your Aloha apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of the request.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
